Romo was a Washington D.C. correspondent for Cronkite News, where she reported on Capitol Hill, primarily covering politics and sustainability. Romo is a White House Correspondents’ Association Scholar, through which she received her mentor from PolitiFact, Lou Jacobson. Romo has written for PolitiFact. Romo previously interned with Arizona Education News Service.
